Removes fingerprints, grease, wax, and other contaminants and leaves plastic substrates clean for bonding or coating. 
This special blend of mild chemicals prepares the plastic surface for excellent paint bonding. 
This is a very important part of the repair and restoration process. 
Always use this before painting plastics with Sem color sprays.
